Thanks to Bike North for hosting the Make Cycling Better Seminar series. The first of an 11 part series presented by Warren Solomon of Sustainable Transport Consultants. This one is titled “How did we get here? Where are we going?” aims to help those who want to campaign for better conditions for all who ride or would like to ride. To quote Doug Stewart “The aim of this training is to train and strengthen BUGs and create better advocates. The aim is not to educate professionals. The focus on the practical will be on how to advocate with just enough technical material and vision to make it happen.”
